Uncover Our Story: Aspire Support Coordination
At Aspire Support Coordination, our story is built on a shared passion for empowerment and a deep-rooted commitment to our community. As co-directors, we—Brent Terrett and Jess Donnelly—bring together years of hands-on experience and a wealth of expertise to guide and support you on your NDIS journey.
Our mission began with a simple belief: that everyone deserves to live a full and meaningful life. We've both seen first-hand the challenges people face in navigating the NDIS, and we founded Aspire to be the solution—a trusted partner that not only understands the system but genuinely cares about the people within it.
Our Commitment to You:
As a team, our approach is centred on providing personalised, holistic support. We are both skilled NDIS Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, which allows us to offer a truly unique and comprehensive service. We work with you to demystify the complexities of the NDIS and to achieve tangible outcomes by effectively working within your plan.
As Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, we are also dedicated to supporting individuals with a psychosocial disability to take more control of their lives and build their capacity for a better future. We work tirelessly to connect you with the right providers and coordinate your care, ensuring your NDIS plan is a powerful tool for achieving your goals. We have a deep understanding of the Fraser Coast community and its unique challenges, allowing us to leverage our strong local connections to ensure you have equitable access to the support you need.
More Than a Service: Our Community Promise
We believe in the power of community and the importance of lending a hand. While we are a business, not a not-for-profit, we are committed to assisting where we can. On a case-by-case basis and where our capacity allows, we aim to offer pro-bono assistance to individuals who have fallen through the cracks and have been unable to access the NDIS through other means. This commitment is a testament to our belief that everyone deserves a fair chance at a better life.
At Aspire Support Coordination, our collective dedication is driven by empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make a tangible difference. We are not just a service; we are your dedicated partners, committed to helping you aspire to your full potential.
About Me – Jess Donnelly
I have been working in the NDIS sector since 2018, starting as a support worker before moving into service delivery and eventually finding my true calling in Support Coordination and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching. Along the way, I have gained experience supporting people with a wide range of needs, including stroke, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injuries, autism, bipolar disorder, and other psychosocial disabilities.
My passion for this work is also deeply personal, as I have family members living with disabilities. This life experience has shaped the way I approach my role—leading with empathy, respect, and a genuine commitment to empowering individuals and families.
I also provide probono support to participants who are seeking access to the NDIS, as I believe no one should miss out on the supports they deserve. This shared passion with my co-founder Brent is one of the reasons we started Aspire Support Coordination.
I hold a Diploma in Community Services and am dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships while helping participants feel heard, supported, and confident in achieving their goals.
Meet the Team at Aspire Support Coordination
About Me – Brent Terrett
I began working in the NDIS sector in 2019 as a Support Coordinator, and by 2020 stepped into the role of Support Coordination Team Leader. During this time, I have supported participants with both physical and psychosocial needs, always working to ensure they feel empowered and respected throughout their NDIS journey.
One of my greatest passions is helping people gain access to the NDIS. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to receive the right supports, and where necessary, I have provided probono assistance to participants. This commitment is something Jess and I share deeply, and it is one of the driving forces behind Aspire Support Coordination.
Before joining the NDIS sector, I worked in the employment industry, where I developed strong advocacy and capacity-building skills. These skills continue to shape my approach, ensuring participants feel supported not only in navigating the NDIS but also in building confidence and independence in their daily lives.
